email probs

Hi, still got problems with my email which is now starting to do my head in. For nearly a year now I am not able to add or ammend any of email address and have logged this a few times to be fobbed off saying give it 24 hours an it will be fine !!!

But now I cant take the forwarder off my primary email address as I noticed I am not getting loads of emails !!!

I get a message Error: Unable to get data

If I am 50Mb can I call the freephone number to get them to try and sort this out once and for all ???

webmail & it is the selfcare problem I have as well

when I log in to self care it just shows my primary email account and my others are missing but I know they are still working as I can log in to the ones I can remember but I also dont have the ability to add or remove email accounts ???

Ok I will try again for the 4th time !!! :) just wanted to know do I go thru the 150 number or the 0800 number for 50 customers ??
