Just got V+ HD box .... keeps scanning the HDMI channel
 

Hi,

Just had the V+ HD box installed today, rather pleased with it so far.... (Apart from the VOD not loading up a few times, just getting stuck on the "please wait a moment" message).

The problem I am having is that when I am watching through the virgin box (which is connected to the HDMI1 port, and selected HDMI1 on the tv obv), every few minutes, the screen will go black asthough the TV is searching for a connection, then the image re-appears.

It is much like when you plug a SCART cable in, and it automatically detects it and changes to the appropriate AV channel. I am already on the correct channel (HDMI1) and yet it keeps going black, then coming back a few moments later.... rinse and repeat..... becoming rather annoying now.

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this ?
