E-bill still has the £1.25

I signed up for DD and e-bill, but Ive checked the bill that will be coming in at the end of the month and it has the £1.25 charge on it.

Do you need to sign up for it before you pay the last bill for it to come off.

Yup. The bill was printed before you signed up for e-billing

The £1.25 won't appear on any future bills
