Deleted programmes don't disappear
 

I'm finding (with my new Samsung box) that quite often programmes I have deleted from V+ are still there, sometimes even after repeated attempts to delete. Anyone else suffer from this - and is there a solution?

It sounds like it needs to be reformatted. Archive any recordings you want to keep and give CS a phone. I've done it before on my own box but I don't know how you do that on a Samsung.

Thanks for the speedy response. That would be a bit of a pain at the moment, given that it's a pretty minor problem.

It's a pain. If it's any use the instructions for formatting a SA V+ box are here. As I said I don't know if these will apply to the newer Samsung.
