Swap SA box for Samsung box?

Evening all,

Apologies if this has been asked before, but what are the chances of me being able to get VM to come and replace my SA V+ box with a Samsung one, even though there's nothing wrong with it?

If so, will it cost? If so, how much?

There are a number of reasons I'd like a Samsung box, namely:

The bloody standby LEDs - How ridiculous these are :mad: they're far too bright!
The slow responsiveness
The noisy HDD

They would only replace the box if it was faulty, and even then you might get another SA. You can't pay to get a different box.
