Sa V+ box Problems and praise to virgin
 

hi again, we have been having problems with our sa V+ box constantly rebooting itself, also pic problems where the pic will just go off and on ( all channels ) . i called tech dept yesterday ( Oct 1 st )and they sent a enginner out today ( Oct 2nd )and replaced the box with a new samsung V+ box. Praise where praise is due, great service from virgin, appionment kept and a pleasent engineer. well done virgin!

I've ALWAYS had TOP CLASS service from VM when there has been a technical problem!
