Help Probs with Broadband affecting tv signal
 

Hi All New to This Site.

I am having problems with my Virgin broadband and Tv. When i am on the internet my tv signal goes all distorted but it only does this if the internet is working i.e loading page downloading etc.

The inlet cable comes into a normal box and then one lead out to splitter and one to tv and other to router.

Please help its driving me and my partner crazy.

Looks like a signal level problem. You need a tech visit.
