sky plus channels missing

Hi
i have just got a seconhand pace sky plus box but chan 5 and fiver plus etc are missing
I have old digi boxes that receive them??
I am Bulgaria and cant get most bbc an itv progs i know all this .
But how do update this sky plus box to get channels please

1) Google Sky+ Engineer's menu
2) Also System Reset Buttons
3) System Update Buttons
4) Manual Channel Add

Someone Should be Able to Give you Links On how to do all of these, Pretty Simple Sorry I cant Provide Links as Im Tired and off to bed :(
