Desktop tower is dead

Last night I logged off and turned off my pc as usual..However this morning when I tried to turn it on..nothing..it is dead. I checked the fuse,tried another lead,checked the power button,still dead ..no lights no noise..nothing..any ideas ? Thanks

PSU would be the very first thing I'd look at, you got a spare?
