Ethernet and Sky TV Cabling

I have a PC upstairs next to my tv/Sky Plus box. I need to run an external ethernet cable from downstairs to upstairs to connect my PC to router. A cable installer has suggested using the same physical holes, currently used by the Sky TV cable, to run the new ethernet cable. I know there can be interference issues with cables - but the Sky TV cable does not carry any mains. Do you think there could be any issues having both the ethernet and TV cable using the same holes through the wall? (Wireless and Home Plug connectivity between PC and router is not good enough - hence having to run ethernet ethernet).

best to make new hole and by the way im 99% that rj45(ethernet) cable if goes outside is not water or uv proof.
