Webcam Software

I have a reunion (Rugby tour to Yugoslavia 20 years ago) soon we would like to setup a webcam so be people unable to attend can see what is going on.

Can anyone recommend any software / or website whre we could setup a web cam and allow other people to take a look.

Justin TV/Blog TV/Ustream TV and tinychat if you don't want to go through a sign up procedure (only the broadcaster would have to sign up).

ustream seems to be very popular with celebs at the mo, seems very reliable.
