Windows 7 Amazing but No Windows Mail or Outlook?
Hi everyone,
Just intalled windows 7 and it's much better than Vista which was not hard but for some reason it does not come with built in mail software liek Outlook or Windows Mail, I have tried looking at different places to download it from but cannot find any and wondered if anyone on here can help. |

It either came with Outlook Express (not the same thing) which was free - and which Windows Live Mail replaces
Or if it did come with Outlook itself it would have been included within the price for the computer - so you were paying the PC Maker for it. |

If he has Win XP could he install Outlook Express from that ?

Outlook is a completely different application to Outlook Express & as Ben pointed out is not a 'free' option. The Outlook 2007 version can be purchased separately - previous versions, afaik, were part of Microsoft Office or Exchange. |

When you add an email account, choose manually configure mail servers
