Broadband (Offnet) problem.

So I'm confused now.

Which package am I on?

I called and they basically told me they don't knwo what's happening. And can't do my caller display or voicemail (but that's another issue).

Also I'm supposed to be on talk unlimited but it makes no mention of that either.

If I click on 'manage' in the first screen I get the list in the second screen. They can't both be right.

Well on your first screen dump, broadband says "M" and the second screen says XL..

Also, the second screen says Evening and weekends and not anytime?
