remove/disable belkin security

Hello everyone,

An elderly friend of mine has forgotten her password to connect her belkin router.

Is there any way to remove the security function to enable her to connect wirelessly?

Any help much appreciated.

Hello,

If you press down and hold with a pin, the reset, it shoudl reset it back to the default password, which is usually on a sticker / in the manuall - normally something like admin / admin.

Well, if you have the model, you can always find the pdf instruction book on the belkin website.
