The last time I tried cancelling by phone it took 33 minutes, several calls, disconnections, much buck passing and unnecessary stress before I achieved the purpose of my call.

In comparison it would take me 5 minutes to pen a letter, put my coat and shoes on and 10 minutes there and back to the post box.

The terms and conditions state I must put my desire to terminate VM's services in writing.

Who do I write to and to what address should I write to so that I can cancel my BB and phone services?
