Hmm,

What with recession and everything you want to tighten your expenditure.
And i get more and more annoyed at Virgins bill when i think all we use to pay was the bbc licence fee.Think we have all been slowly sucked in and conned.

Am i getting value for money as when i look at the deals it seems awfully confusing esp with new customers getting much lower rates than loyal customers like me who have been with virgin since NTL started ggrrrrr.

Ultimate Triple Discount -£21.00

The thing is i have looked at lowering the BB speed but if i do i lose the UTD of -£21.00 so either way i go i cant alter because i lose the UTD.
Also we still seem to get monthly phone costs of £8 to £9 extra on top of the Talk unlimited costs.

Let me know what you experts think ,if you say im on a good deal then at least i will feel a bit better.

My feelings are the longer you stay the more discount you should get,so i suggest virgin setup a teired discount scheme ( loyalty bonus to years membership ).

please note we do do paperless billing and have a V+ BOX .

Well its not a great deal but its not a bad one either. I guess you could try ringing up and seeing if you can get a discount but it will probably depend on who you are talking to.

You're paying 5p less than you should. I have the exact same package and pay £51.20, oh and I have caller I.D too.

I dont quite get that because if im on same deal im paying £57.95 so your getting it £6.95 cheaper.

Am i missing something.

Are you a new customer so your on new customer rates ?.
