Just had a quick look on their website and they appear to be offering a V+ Box for "£49 (Normally £150)", unfortunatly you bet they will say that this is for NEW customers. All I can suggest is you ring up again and mention the website and see if they will bring the price down.

An extra V+ on the VIP deal is £30 + £10 extra. It is neither £150 or £99 nor £49. Get them to look at page 8 of 'The Knowledge' if they try to give you any other price

The V+ £49 is avalaible to all customers for their first V+ only - as long as they are not the XL Plus or VIP bundles

my mum ended up phoning yesterday as i was out all day, she has ended up paying £99 plus £10 a month rental, she told them about the £30 install and £10 month for VIP customers but was told that was just for your first V+box, looks like ive been screwed over :(

Again - get them to look at 'The Knowledge' page 8! Ask to speak to supervisor if they won't look at it

Halfway down the page it's got a whole 'Additional V+ box' section

i'll phone them again tomorrow and say to them, see if i can speak to a supervisor or something then, they were adamant tho that the £30 is for the first box, really ****ed off with them, tempted to just go back to sky
