Director/writer/producer John Hughes has died at the age of 59 after a heart attack.

We should turn this section into the recent deaths section, seems to be full of RIP's these days.

Uncle Buck was also a great film!

I enjoyed most of his films..they were a cut above all the usual teen movies and were films a family could enjoy together.

Much too young an age too.:(

It's a sad day in Shermer, Illinois. :(

The 80s wouldn't have been the same without him. RIP John.
