Possible Skype Problems ahead

Just wondered how this would affect the new 3Pay tariff which people have taken out?

Assuming it's true of course..

Nothing! Skype is free to use, plus because 3pay is a pay as you go no ties service, your not locked into anything.

Skype is available to all 3 customers not just 3pay.

If it is shutdown, 3 will need to find a replacement such as Vonage or Sipgate.

But if there is a cost to provide the new service, then it leaves a lot of disappointed people, or a company that is no longer able to meet it's liabilities and goes into receivership of course.

in fact I think interest in this service is low anyway, so wouldn't effect to many customers and because its a free service, 3 dont have to pay compensation to customers.
