The Loyalty discounts do not run out after 12 months so yes it should continue

Re: loyalty bonus
How do you get a loyalty bonus? I've had cable since before it was even Telewest and currently paying top whack for the VIP package. Kind of feels like I'm being shafted when I see what's offered to new customers that may well bugger off once their 12 months is up

Re: loyalty bonus
In that case there is no discount for loyalty at all....if all you get is the same price as everyone else!

Its all one big scam. There trying to make out it should cost this and it should cost that. Basically a new customer gets a special price An old customer doesnt get that price but he gets a loyalty bonus . That just happens to suprise surprise be the exact same amount. So yes when you look at it existing customers -you should get a lower rate than new customers but you dont.So basically your not getting a loyalty bonus. Its all one big advertising con . |

But in the main people like me who have been with Virgin since the NTL days are loyal customers and should be getting a deal better than brand new customers. The point being wether you have been with Virgin for years or your just joining you get the same price in some sort of price fixing scheme. It would be nice to think there would be some PROPER loyalty bonus in place to reward long serving customers. One thing that always has put me off going to SKY is that damn awfull cereal bowl you have to have on the side of your house. |
Re: loyalty bonus
My point is that there is no reward for loyalty, so why call it a loyalty bonus

Re: loyalty bonus
I haven't a clue - what it should be called is a 'Price Match' bundle because that is what it is designed to do. Price Match against a competitors specific set of services

Re: loyalty bonus
I think the best thing about VM ( and yes l do give credit when its due), they will negotiate a price with you regarding services if you have financial problems, whereas Sky won't, When l was made redundant, Sky told me to reduce my services to Freesat, But VM gave us a deal, so we stuck with them.
