virgin media modem want wireless router
hi
i have virgin media modem and would like to set up wireless , can anyone tell the best router to bye , so meny to by ,shop staff telling me diferant items live in an open plan house and just want to use in my conservtory cheers steve |

I just got a WRT54G from PCWorld (I know, I know :) But I wanted it there and then ) for about £35. Working a treat so far. :)

I'm on 20Mb and using the free router from the original trial, being a Netgear WGR614 v6.
I know this is locked with Virgin firmware. If I bought, from Virgin, a wireless N router does anybody know if it is locked with Virgin firmware so cannot be updated at a later date or does it still have the original makers firmware installed? |

How would I go about buying an N router and adaptor as the virgin shop price is much dearer than quoted on that page?
