Problems Downloading With Napster
 

Just wondered if anyone else is experiencing this problem but when I am downloading albums/songs using Napster I receive error messages which are related to connection issues. I just wanted to let people know that this is a specific issue with Napster rather than there being a fault with Virgin. I have read on other forums that people have tried called Virgin's customer services and been given mixxed messages as to what the fault is.

I have spoken to Napster themselves a few times and they say that it is a fault at their end and they are going to be issuing an update soon (probably within the next couple of weeks). They said they would email me to let me know when the update is available for download so I will keep my eye out and let people know when it's ready.

I know this isn't a specific Virgin Media problem but it is related and information about it is pretty thin on the ground.

As you've said that this is not a problem with Virgin, but with Napster, I've moved this to the 'Internet' part of the forum.

I'm on Napster and VM and I have no problems with them at the mo
