Harriet Harperson strikes again.
I did hope to not be the first to post this for obvious reasons. Buy as noone else will, it appears...
Harriet Harman thinks that men can no longer be trusted with running a country and thinks that one should be installed into that position even when none can earn their place in the usual route. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk_politics/8180195.stm Quote:

I do find it crazy for someone with so much man-hatred to be in charge of anything, let alone equality. |
Re: Harriet Harperson strikes again.
Someone should throw the book at her - such as, er the Book of Parlimentary acts and hopefully when it lands and after it has knocked her out and she has come round again that she finds she is at the pages... Sex Discrimination Act 1975.

Re: Harriet Harperson strikes again.
Or the Talking Utter Bollards Act 2009.

Re: Harriet Harperson strikes again.
Well she's not on her own in the talking rollocks Stakes and as the majority of MPs are men she has a lot of crap company.:p:

Re: Harriet Harperson strikes again.
It's an interesting opinion, and one that she's certainly entitled to - doesn't stop it being nearly the most ignorant thing I've heard all year so far.

Re: Harriet Harperson strikes again.
I remember reading a newspaper article over 30 years ago just before Thatcher got elected. It was about how we should encourage more females into politics and the great positive effects this would have in debating chambers. The article alluded to the fairer sex being more willing to listen and less aggressive so parliament would become less gladatorial.
Hmmmm :erm: Nice theory but it hasn't worked out in practice. The females who have made it to parliament tend to be every bit as antagonistic as the males. They are also every bit as capable as backstabbing, scheming, bitching and talking *******s as any male MP. |

Harriet Harpon come on we all knew it was going to be stupid because despite being a woman nothing she says seems to have any logic or intellect behind it. Quite funny though that she doesn't get the irony of many of her own opinions.

Re: Harriet Harperson strikes again.
This is just another indication that Labour have pushed the self destruct button. All this infighting and back stabbing has finished them as a legitimate party I just wish the elections were closer than they are.

Re: Harriet Harperson strikes again.
Harman wants more women in labour!!!
Get to it lads!!! |
Re: Harriet Harperson strikes again.
I have a cunning plan in regard to getting an election ;) what we all need to do is start taking part in opinion polls say how fantastic we think GB and his lot are and wollah enough do it and he will think he has a chance and call one :D.

Having, probably, been a "teachers pet", Monitor, prefect or whatever at school, you know, one of them Kids the rest of the class despises, he would instinctively know he would not be anyones favourite. I don't take part in opinion polls but if I did I would lie my socks off. That way the ******* marketeers who interpret them might skew the results to show a truer picture than the lies they usually come up with. |
Re: Harriet Harperson strikes again.
Why can't we have leaders chosen on *merit*? Oh, wait...
Actually, seriously, the leader of *any* organisation (be it the Government, a Bank or any large Organisation) should be chosen because they can do the job, not because of their gender, race, age or any other reason. |
Re: Harriet Harperson strikes again.
"you related to blackadder Rizzy?" No but if i bothered to look i might find a baldrick type chap in the old family history :D.
