Ebuyer

Just bought a new set of Landline cordless phones from Ebuyer about 10 minutes ago as our current ones are crap, and dont last for more than 10 mins. Anyway its already in the process of being despatched. Really pleased about that, and how efficient they are :tu: http://www.ebuyer.com/product/158844

Ebuyer are good. Since they are a big shop there will always be some people who will have problems as I've read elswhere but I have always been happy with their service.

Re: Ebuyer

In the infancy of Ebuyer, there were a lot of problems, and the only way of contacting them was via E-notes which could take days to answer , but they seem to be much more professional at what they do now

I think ebuyer are excellent, great prices too!

Delivery i think is expensive though, for small items, what i dont get is that you can pay £4 something for the cheapest delivery which is within 5 days, (or £10 for next day delivery), yet they always send items using next day delivery service anyway,

so like you may choose the 5 day option, and they wait 4 days and send your item as next day delivery, so its no cost difference to them if you choose within 5days or next day as it'll arrive the day after they've sent it anyway.

(i must say i have always recieved the item on the 5th day with the super saver within 5 day option, although i did recieved an item the next day using the 5 day option when i ordered something at my work).

Laskys are a big name and its not to late you inform Ebuyer that you are exercising your distance selling rights refuse delivery and just lose postage you will be 25 quid better off. Also if you only put the order in today you are not to late

Laskys are a well known internet dealer, part of the same group as COMET

Re: Ebuyer

I use eBuyer for most of my stuff as my supplier who uses some of the other big suppliers i.e. Computer 2000 cannot beat their prices, I have always found them reliable but I have heard from a lot people who seem to slate them. Personally my dealings have been all ok with them.

Also the BT phones should be ok, I found that the BT ones and Panasonic ones seem to be the best on the market.
