problem with charter television signal
 

I dont get enough signal for my Moxi DVR box. Charter is supposed to replace the cable coming to my home. I keep getting the run around. I never had a problem until 2 months ago, and had to sign up for 2 years.

Does anyone know if I can go to just internet without breaking my contract. I love my internet, but am tired of paying for TV services that I am not getting, and they are not in any hurry to fix the problem.

I have lost at least 4 days work for them to come to my home already. :confused:
