Cancelling o2 contract

Hey guys im new here but read here everyday :)

Yes im another one of those Virgin Media Employees

Question today is:

Virgin will charge you a maximum of £120 to d/c service early, anyone know if the same thing applies to o2? looking to buy out of my contract and get a cheaper contract elsewhere. Only problem is there t&c are so awkward to read I couldn't find anything.

Best bet is to call and ask how much it would cost to pay it off.

How long have you got left of the contract?

I got quoted £200 to pay off the remaining iPhone contract with O2. Thats now till January.

Re: Cancellign o2 contract

They'll charge you your outstanding contract, so if you're paying 20 quid a month, they'll want £140 to cancel (assuming you've already paid this month).
