phone line just gone dead ?
 

Hi, just wondered if anybody else having probs in the dn35 7 area ?

The mrs was on the phone aboput an hour ago and finished the call and then the phone was dead ???, went off no power to it, so swapped the phone and get a dead tone, even though it rings when I ring my home number.

I then checked the "backup phone using my voip and this is working fine but the phone what was orignally plugged in is now fried and been working no problems for over 12 months, all other electrical stuff in the house is fine.

Can you get a power surge down the phonline that will fry the phone and now stop the line working ??

mine isnt workin either, i went on2 the virgin status page + its sayin theres a fault in the glasgow area so hopefully it gets sorted soon.

Hi my phone has been off for 3 weeks in the NE34 area and all i get is a voicemessage saying there is a fault in the area anyone else got this problem
