Voicemail driving me mad
 
Everytime someone leaves me a message on voicemail it says its the first time ive been here and goes through the instructions again and its driving me up the wall..

Anyone suggest anything?

Call faults & they may rebuild it for you if you explain the situation.

Had problems with mine where it wasn't giving the intermittent dial tone to tell me new messages were there, although I could access them. Guy rebuilt it & it's been fine since.

Are you talking about VM mobile or fixed line Voicemail ???
