Phone line
 

I have my phone with bt but i am going to have VM installed on monday and would like to keep my phone number which VM know about.Should i cancel my phone line with bt now or after the VM install?

Virgin will cancel the line for you when they transfer the number. You won't need to do anything

Did you advise VM that you want to bring the number over from BT? If they're not advised then they won't do it! :erm:
