V+ installation

AS i type i am still a SKY+ customer.

I have decided to switch to VM for my tv as i have 20MB BB and phone already.

I phoned last week and spoke to a deaf chappy in india, who was unhelpful with my request for information about installation and cost of V+.

I currently have a white Vm box in my living room and 1 in back bedroom(BB connected to it)

My first question has been answered through reading posts on this forum.

my other is:

Is it right fir them to try and charge me £99 for the V+ box, when the website says £49 for "New TV Customers".

am i not a NEW Tv customer, been on sky for many years.

comments appreciated, before i ring again tomorrow to be passed to the "computer says no" call centre in india.

regards
