V+ energy saving mode

Just tried to rewind live tv and the message 'Atention, Your V+ box has been in energy-saving mode, so you are not able to rewind any further.' has came up. I only wanted to rewind about 30 seconds (something which i've been able to do in the past)

This is the first time i've ever seen this. is there any way to turn this off?

I have been watching sky sports 1 and two other programs are recording.

(please don't mention the cricket)

ok, cheers. since mt OP all my channels have now gone to black screen with no sound. gonna do a reboot to see if it sorts it.

EDIT:- after a reboot i'v got my picture and sound back. I'll leave it for a while then try rewinding live tv again.
