Upgrading my package

(been with VM 10years)
At the moment i'm on VM 10meg broardband at £25 what i would like to do is upgrade to the 50meg and move my phone line to VM and take there basic tv package.what i would like to know is

Would i have to pay to have phone line installed ? (I have a bt line)

Would i have to pay for the upgrade of the broadband?

would i get the deal on there website http://allyours.virginmedia.com/webs...=11169&id=3001

Would i have to start 1 year contract?
