Copy and paste from Adobe to Word
Hi there, I need to copy and paste a document from Adobe to Word, when I paste it the document is coming up with all squares and dots.
Any ideas on how to sort this. |
Re: Copy and paste from Adobe to Word
You need to have Adobe writer installed, then you can save as a word document.

Re: Copy and paste from Adobe to Word
Some PDF's are protected from cut and paste. You maybe able to print to a file and cut/paste from that, if you can print to a postscript file you may even be able to load it back up into an editor.

Re: Copy and paste from Adobe to Word
i thought you could use the text selection tool in free adobe reader to select and copy text, and then paste it into a document. You have to do it in blocks of text, images won't copy.

---------- Post added at 19:27 ---------- Previous post was at 19:25 ---------- Also when cutting/pasting from adobe be aware that some documents use fonts built into the PDF itself which is probably why cut/paste gave symbolic characters instead of plain text as in the OP's first post.. |
