This house is about 100 meters from the CMTS, and about 10 from the cabinet.

Downstream Frequency : 586750000 Hz
Downstream Modulation : 64 QAM
Downstream Receive Power Level : -15.97 dBmv
Downstream SNR : 30.48 dB

Upstream Frequency : 37500000 Hz
Upstream Transmit Power Level : 55.00 dBmv

Thinking of getting 50Mbit, but I think the line is poor as the modem is connected up at the outside box, to test best possible levels.

The - 15dBmv not good the return path little bit high do you have any attenuation fitted to the modem

You need to call Tech Support who will probably book a engineer out for you to adjust those power levels.
