Cannot call out but have a dial tone, can call in but landline doesnt ring:S Help!
 

Right so we switched a few weeks ago to 10MB and landline on virgin, boradband is fine, they were supposed to switch our old number to virgin, but said we had to ring 151 to do it, so i inteneded to do it today, however any numbers i ring(I have a dial tone) the phone replies 'The number has not been recognised) and i can phone home, however the landline at home doesnt ring!

Help!

It could be a general fault or the number port may not have completed, or failed in some way ... either way the only way for you to fix this is to call their faults people from another line. The number from a non-Virgin line is 0845 454 1111.
