PSU Rails out of spec?

Hi guys, are these psu rail voltages out of spec?

5v = 5.62v
12v = 12.74v

The psu is an FSP ATX-450PNF.

Cheers Axe.

What software are you using to measure the voltages.

To be sure, you're going to have to use a multimeter to measure the voltages, but going by what you've posted there, then yeah they are out of spec.

Anything .5 above or below is considered normal operation

Speedfan, but i checked in the bios and they look better, silly me relying on monitoring software!

Monitoring software can be a good guidline, but often can give false results. For definate proof, a multimeter is the way forward.

Try HWMonitor and see what results that provides
