Freeview channels disappearing

Are channels disappearing from Freeview

A friend of mine with Freeview asked me over to retune her Freeview box stating that channels she used to get are no longer obtainable like Film4 and ITV2 + 1 to name but two

I retuned the box and downloaded channels again but they are not there any more, She does have a proper roof mounted digital aerial

Any suggestions please

Film 4 has moved to channel no 15 on freeveiw, not sure about itv 2. Check the tv listings they usually tell you what number each channel is on.

Film4 now on 15, ITV2 +1 on 27
