up to this part...

SSID = virgin broadband

phrase = preinstall

what channel??? ( tried them all anyway )

password = password

i click apply

then that second login box appears...

username = virgin

password = password

i click ok..... the box flashes back up again and no connection.

ive been on router website and they said use

username = username/admin

password = password

same thing again nothing happens and box just pops back up.

Ive tried resetting the router many times using the reset button.

You have to be connected to the router in one of the LAN sockets and that is the IP of the router and should not time out.
