20Mbit connection dropping - DN35 8 Cleethorpes

For the past week or so, my connection keeps dropping from 12am-6am every 30-40 minutes like clockwork. I have tried resetting everything but nothing is working.

Is anyone else getting this problem?

could it be network upgrades in prep for the 50 Meg launch??
