Where has virgin Live help and support gone
 

Virgins live support no longer seems to be on thier web pages :(

Can any VM employee's help point out why? Or is it a cost saving option for VM

It was really handy for new and current customers. It saves ringing up customer services all the time.

The only live information I was aware of was the pre-sale Live chat - which was aimed at new customers.

Not that I know of - though last time I saw the option it was in the basket. So they may have moved it further into the order process (as again it's only supposed to be a pre-sales thing)

You could always use the newsgroups. Remember its free to call CS from a VM phone line.

The only Virginmedia online support that is offered is for Virgin.net/National customers.
