Reset password for "My Virgin Media"
 

I want to login to the "My Virgin Media" area on the virgin website but have forgotten my poassword.

I click the Forgot password button and it takes me thru entering my birthdate and the account number.

Then it shows

Error!

* Password reset error.

An internal error has occurred. Please try again later.

Anyone have an idea what i can do now?
