The link you have posted just comes up with a white page with Site4All in the top left corner and when you click it you go to this site http://www.site4all.nl/.

Here is a link to help set up Virginmedia's own proxy to access the site.

Or you can try http://www.opendns.com/

Works fine here:

The board administrator requires all members to sign in
Try clearing the DNS Cache:
Click Start > Run.

Enter ipconfig /flushdns in the Open: textbox.

Click the OK button.

Thanks tried that still only works with proxy! Could a firewall or something blocked my IP? on webhost or something?

Yes it is possible. My own host has blocked me a few times, usually after a few tries at logging in with the wrong password. A support ticket asking to have your IP removed from the blacklist should do it, if that is the case.

Re: Address Not Found - my own site only!!

I found this the other day www.teamspeak.com wouldn't work for me or another friend on virgin, I powered off my router for a bit when I was laying some cat5 around the house and then I could access it again, only thing that had changed was my ip onto another range so im guessing they had blocked that range.

That's one of the problems with dynamic IP, you often inherit the bad reputation of someone else who has used that range. What's worse is that in today's age of always on connection's there's no need for dynamic IP as an ISP needs to have enough IP's to go around. Its actually harder to run a dynamic IP pool's for that many users than it would be to statically assign a single IP to each customer.

did your ip address change? I cant remember how long my router was off but it was a couple of hours (had the carpets up etc as I was running cables). If it changed then I guess that isnt an issue but if its still the same it wasnt off for long enough.

What did your hosting company say are you blocked by them ?
If not you may want to post in the Virgin Media Newsgroup for support, with a trace route without the proxy.

Details how to setup Newsgroup: http://www.virginmedia.com/myvirginmedia/newsgroups/
If you do post in the Newsgroup I recommend you post in: virginmedia.support.broadband.cable

To do a traceroute on Windows machine
Click on Run
Type in cmd
A Black box should pop-up
Type: tracert site4all.co.uk
Press enter/return
