so im trying to port foward and ive managed to do the port i want 113 for mirc but everytime i connect to the wireless with lap top after its been off i get a new ip and in the settings i have to put which ip to port foward so everytime i open the lap top i have to check my new ip and change it. is there anyway to just port foward all ips that connect? the port 113?

somewhere in the settings for users, you have to lease the ip address for >>>ever<<<. as if this is set to a lower number i.e 30 mins, 1 hour , 2 hours etc everytime that pc or laptop is off the router , the router will assign a new ip :)

That should do the trick.

This also needs to be in the network section !!

Dunno about your router, but try a wildcard entry, so for example:
192.168.1.* (the asterisk being the wildcard).
