New VM modem
 

Got my new modem the other day, and have just connected it up, but i cant connect to the internet.

It did come with a letter, but i've misplaced it. So if anyone else got a free modem recently, can you tell me what it said in the letter? do you need to contact VM to enable the modem or something?

You need to phone the quickstart team, the number's on the letter. I'm sure you'll be able to find it using the search function.
