Internet disconnections
 
Im having constant disconnects today.

been fine since i got it.

just had a look at my signal levels and they do seem abit high but were ok yestaday.

Upstream transmit Power Level : 61.0 dBmV
Downstream Receive Power Level : -3.9 dBmV
Downstream SNR : 39.4 dB

does this seem to be a reason for the disconnections? or does it seem ok

after another disconnect, it seems to off gone to that

Downstream SNR : 40.4 dB

Mine has been off and on all week. Disconnected about 5 times today. :td:

5 times thats all? ive had 5 times in 5mins

It's getting ridiculous now. I can't browse more than a couple of pages without being disconnected.

Your Upstream is way to high and you need to call Tech Support my advice is tomorrow after 0800.
