Hi Guys
I have recently encountered a problem with my attachments when sending with an email thropugh btinternet, the attachments have been typed on microsoft works and simply saved under Temporary Internet docs.
I attach when certain I have the correct attachment and send
The message reads that the file may be in use by another application, the file format may not be supported or the file is corrupt
This has happended in the last four days only after 5 years of use
Any thoughts/suggestions

Re: Email attachments problem

Save the file out properly and close works, that way nothing should be accessing it while it's trying to go.

I would question why you are saving documents in your Temporary Internet folder.

The file could be held open by IE, or even Outlook Express (if that's what you're using), and will be automatically deleted after some time.

Try saving it in My Documents and see how that goes.
