Problem with losing picture.
 

Hi,

I have a problem with a older style Telewest Broadband branded Scientific Atlanta Explorer 4200DVB set top box.

Every few days i keep losing channels usually it is 103, which is STV, i can still hear the sound... but there is no picture... i have phoned up numerous times and it sorts it for a while i think they send a signal or something to the box, but a few day's later the problem re-occurs.

I also have a V+ box in another room, but have never had that problem on that set top box.

Just wondering your thoughts?

Give them a call and tell them to look in the notes as this is obviously an ongoing fault and sounds like a replacement is in order.
