V+ Box Not Recording Programmes

I put my V+ to record two programmes today, but both the programmes didn't record. On the V+ Now and Next bar, the programmes were highlighted in red, which means both programmes were set to record.

Whats wrong with my V+ box and what do I need to do??

Try rebooting it. Just press reset.

Tried that, didn't make a difference.

Yes, will only record if I manually press record.
