Need Help,Cant Turn OFF my wireless on 50 meg
 
Hello all.
i need some help please i cant turn of my wireless on 50 meg service, i get into settings & try to turn wireless off but router is saying there are upgrades on my hard drive & i ahvnt got a clue what there called or how to find them. Please Help.

Your router does not have access to your hard drive,so would not detect if there were upgrades on it. Even if it could detect upgrades, it would not stop you switching wireless off.

Where is the message appearing?

What make/model of router is it?

message apperas on netgears site, model is WNR2000, i got into settings tried to turn off in wireless but didnt work went off for a min then came back on.

you could "Reset" the router?

might be a button or a lil hole you stick a drawing pin in to press.

Turn off the mains plug or unplug the power supply?

its sorted rang Netgear they fixed it for me i would never have been able to do it had to go to to many settings thanks to everyone for there help.
