Timed recordings from BBCi - red button in advance?

My DVD recorder has Freeview built in and I can get BBCi by pressing the red button (but I can't do it in advance). There is a BBCi sports broadcast tomorrow night at 3.00 a.m. which I want to see, but what channel number do I set the timer to record.? I really don't want to sit up until 3.00a.m. just so I can press the red button.!!!

Since you posted last night, do you mean 3am Thursday or 3am Friday?

The BBCi channels are 301 to 304.

For 3am Friday 301 is partway through the World Figure Skating Championship, 302 Sports News Loop, with no information for 303 or 304.

Yes it's for the skating. That's brilliant. Thanks

You're welcome :) It actually starts 9.30 this evening on 301 and goes through until 12.20 tomorrow afternoon.
